What tonnage do I need for my material and thickness?+
Tonnage depends on material type, thickness, and bending length. We use standard formulas (e.g. 1.42 × tensile strength × t² × length / die width) to recommend capacity. Send your material and dimensions and we will suggest a suitable model.
Can I bend stainless steel and aluminum on the same machine?+
Yes. Press brakes handle multiple materials with appropriate tooling and settings. Tonnage and tool radius may differ by material. We can recommend tool sets and parameters for your mix of parts.
What is the difference between NC and CNC press brakes?+
NC machines typically have programmable backgauge (X, Y) and simple sequence control. CNC adds more axes (e.g. R, Z1, Z2), crowning, and full program storage for complex parts and batch changes. We can suggest the right level for your parts and volume.
How do I send a drawing for a quote?+
Use the Send Drawing button or the inquiry form. Attach your drawing (PDF, DXF, DWG) or image. Include material, thickness, and quantity. We will review and respond with a machine recommendation and quote.
Do you offer tooling and setup support?+
